Licensed Therapist Supervisor
We’re seeking a part-time or full-time Licensed Supervising Therapist based at our office in Lafayette, CA. This position may start part-time and grow into full-time. This is a hybrid position, with some hours in-office and some hours online/remote work.
As a Licensed Therapist Supervisor you would be both a practicing therapist and a Clinical Supervisor.
Our practices focuses on serving neuroatypical/neurodivergent populations, and we serve all ages (predominantly children, as well as teens, adults, and families). Our clients are typically intense, highly sensitive and bright, which we value and love to work with.
Hours
- Part-time is 17-19 per week (10+ client hours, 4-6 supervisory hours, and 3 admin).
- Full-time is 32-34 hours per week (21+ client hours, 6-8 supervisory hours, and 5 admin).
Compensation
$105/hr for client service hours, $80 for direct supervisory hours, and $25 for administrative hours (non-supervision meetings, reading notes); paid out twice per month.
Part-time Therapist Supervisor Compensation Example:
- 12 client hours, 5 supervisory hours, and 3 admin hours per week x 50 weeks is $86,750 gross annually, plus sick time, CE units benefits, and 401K matching (subject to applicable state and federal withholdings)
Full-time Therapist Supervisor Compensation Example:
- 22 client hours, 8 supervisory hours, and 5 admin hours per week x 50 weeks is $153,750 gross annually, plus health insurance benefits (medical, dental, vision), life insurance benefit, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, CE units benefits, and 401K matching (subject to applicable state and federal withholdings)

Requirements include
- Current State of California License as an LPCC, LMFT, and/or LCSW
- At least 2 years post licensure
- Completed supervision CEU requirements at each renewal (or will complete soon on your own time)
- An interest in working with clients of all ages (we serve children and adults)
- Willingness to write a comprehensive website bio to help grow your recognition in the community
- A keen interest in learning about neurodivergence, autism, ADHD, giftedness, high sensitivity, anxiety, OCD, and learning disabilities is essential

- Ability and desire to work at least 17+ hours per week (part-time)
- Ability to work at least 2 late afternoon/evenings per week
- Some technology skills (we use CounSol, Google Meet, and Google Workspace)

- Prior knowledge of neurodivergent populations, autism, ADHD, giftedness, highly sensitive populations, learning disabilities, etc.
- Prior supervisory experience
- Particular experience/knowledge that will complement our mission of serving neurodiverse populations
