Associate Assessor Services

Associate Assessor assessment rates are $300 per 50 minutes (per clinical hour).
We work as a team, and services by an associate assessor may, with your agreement, include support from another assessor. Associate assessors are supervised by a licensed assessor.
The total cost of assessments can vary quite a bit. Typically, assessments take between 6 -18 hours, however sometimes they can take more or less time.
Factors that influence assessment time include:

→ Type of assessment and tests
→ Number of tests and subtests
→ Client presentation (how long it takes to complete tests).

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.
You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Insurance Information
(we are out of network)We are out-of-network with all insurances. We are fee-for-service providers and all clients will be expected to pay for sessions on the day of service, unless otherwise arranged with your clinician.
You may be able to receive reimbursement through out-of-network benefits or health care savings accounts. Out of network services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We are happy to provide invoice of fees and payments for clients to take back to their insurance providers for possible reimbursement.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
→ What are my out-of-network mental health or behavioral health insurance benefits?
→ What is my deductible and has it been met?
→ What is my copay and/or co-insurance?
→ How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
→ What is the out of network coverage amount per therapy session?
Please keep in mind that most insurances require you to be diagnosed, and they also usually dictate how many sessions and what type of therapy you are allowed have under their coverage. On the other hand, we believe that the decision for your care should be made between you and your therapist, and your therapist will complete a qualitative assessment for you, and diagnosis if criteira is met, as needed and required.
Reduced Fee
We offer a limited number of reduced fee slots, which are subject to availability. Please call us or complete the contact form to ask about reduced fee availability and if you qualify for a reduced fee rate.
Cancellation Policies
(an overview)If you choose to have services with us, we will provide you with policy details. This is an overview of our cancellation policies. Please note that we provide no refunds for any of any services. Thank you for understanding!
Therapy Services Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. We do not provide refunds on any therapy services.
Assessment Services Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled assessment appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. We do not provide refunds for any assessment services.
Community Services Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds for any of our social and community services. If you have paid for a social group round and do not attend or wish to continue to attend group meetings, you will not be refunded. If you do not show up for a scheduled community meeting, there is no refund. You will be required to pay the full cost of all meetings you are scheduled to attend.
Minecraft Services Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds on our Minecraft Server memberships unless in the case of rare circumstances where there is a server or performance issue. However, refunds will not be granted if we are not given an opportunity to rectify any issues. Refunds are also not granted if the issue is due to plugin configurations or plugin conflicts of your own doing. We are not responsible for user issues. If you’ve paid for multiple months we have the right to not issue a refund for whatever reason we provide. PayPal subscription refunds: We do not accept responsibility for users who have cancelled their services and not their PayPal subscriptions. The client will take full responsibility for negligence to the subscription, we reserve the right to not refund you. We have the right to provide or deny refunds for any reason, regardless of our refund policy.
