Our Toluca Lake therapy office is inviting and comfortable, and is geared for all. We invite you to use our regulatory tools, fidget toys and sand tray set up, among other supplies, and we welcome you.
When You Arrive
When you arrive to our waitng room, please flip the switch next to your therapist’s name next to the interior door, to let them know you have arrived. Our waiting room is comfortably lit with side lamps. Please help yourself to water or tea and reading material. There is a small table that is shaped like mushrooms for younger children to sit at if they would like.

- Our office at 4001 W. Alameda Avenue, Suite 205, Burbank, CA 91505 is located in the University of La Verne building. This is an accessible professional building.
- Our office suite #205 is on the second floor. You may take the elevator or the stairs to get to our office suite. When you exit the elevator and enter the main hallway, our office is the first door on the left.

This is a picture of the exterior of TheraThrive’s office. There are a couple of steps that lead up to this particular doorway. An entrance on the front of the bhilding is wheelchair accessible.
Our large parking lot directly adjacent to our office building, off of North Maple Street, and costs 75 cents per half hour, thus parking for a regular therapy session would cost $1.50 per regular session. If you use the lot, please provide payment to the parking attendant (at the kiosk).
Street parking is free and usually available.

- Take the US-101 South
