Minecraft Admin
Do you love Minecraft? Would you like to be part of a neurodivergent Minecraft community? You’ve found us! TheraThriveMC, our whitelisted Minecraft server is seeking dedicated individuals to join us. We are welcoming experienced admins and seasoned players who are eager to play and contribute in a neuroaffirming environment.
Our Minecraft Admins work both indepdently and as part of our team to support and enhance our survivor server community.
Help us to create a super fun and supportive server. Under the direction of our Super Admin, our Minecraft Admins support our players, each other, and our clinical team, as well as organize community events, create builds and games, and contribute to shaping our server growth.
Admin Responsibilities
- Ensure the server’s safety and create an enjoyable experience for all players by enforcing server rules, resolving player disputes, and providing assistance when needed
- Communicate in a timely member with our team
- Support TheraThrive’s Super Admin
- Monitor chat, enforce server rules, and foster a positive and inclusive, neuroaffirming environment for all players
- As desired: Showcase your creativity and talent by designing beautiful structures and landscapes that elevate our server’s aesthetics and gameplay
Hours
- 2-8 hours per week, as needed to adequately perform job duties (outside of working hours you may also play on the server as much as you like)
- Not required to be on-call
- The workweek is Sunday through Saturday
- Work hours are very flexible
- This is a part-time position
- This is a contractor position
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay range is $13 – $15 per hour, depending upon experience and admin knowledge/ability

Requirements
- Strong enjoyment of survivor Minecraft
- Availability to dedicate time to server-related tasks on a regular basis
- Desire to promote an accepting and neuroaffirming server environment
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability, dependability
- A positive attitude
